We give teachers the extra support needed to master practices in a private & non-threatening way. Our team offers one-on-one virtual instructional coaching, customized resources and instructional tools, including in-house and virtual professional development workshops.
How does virtual coaching work?
We provide side-by-side virtual instructional coaching services in those areas where new teachers typically struggle. NTSC aligns best practices with school goals so that they’re attained faster.
We are committed to setting new teachers and their students on the path to sustainable success by creating engaging classroom environments, implementing rigorous instruction and assessment, and encouraging continuous reflection and adjustment as well as maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
COORDINATE SCHEDULES
The teacher chooses the vehicle to communicate with a professional instructional coach. Both coordinate a meeting time that is convenient for the teacher’s schedule.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Teacher needs are unpacked and goals are set in an initial introductory conference.
CUSTOMIZED COACHING
Teachers receive professional customized online instructional coaching in areas targeted to each teacher’s specific needs.
CYCLE BEGINS
Virtual coaching cycle begins: teachers receive quick, actionable research-based feedback that is aligned to your school’s initiatives and goals.
